With more than 13 years of industry experience, Ron began his career on the client side as a Marketing manager at DIESEL. He then crossed over to the ad world and honed his creative skills at The Creative Circus. And this experience on both sides of the industry shows in his work, that is as effective at moving the business needle as it is creative and engaging.
In his most recent role as SVP, Creative Director at Weber Shandwick, Ron helped lead their transition from a PR agency to a full-service agency delivering seamless multichannel brand experiences. In just over 2 years, he helped grow their creative department from just 4 designers to 45+ multi-disciplinary creatives, established a strong new creative approach to guide all work, and led several successful new business pitches. Coincidentally, Weber Shandwick was the only PR agency to make Ad Age's Agency A-List every year during this period.
